The Residents of East Farmingdale Civic Association (REFCA) is a non-partisan neighborhood organization dedicated
to representing the interests of ordinary residents and homeowners in the hamlet of East Farmingdale, in the
Town of Babylon, in the State of New York who wish to maintain and enhance the quality of life in the community.

NEXT MEETING!

We will have our own meeting tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, 2008, 7:00 pm at the East Farmingdale Firehouse, 930 Conklin Street. This will be our annual Meet the Candidates night. It will be held jointly with the Woodland Civic Association.
